Q1: How to place an order?
Our ordering process is simple and straightforward:

- Make payment for deposit

- Goods are finished, inform buyer to make payment for the balance

Q2: What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 1,000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order to help you gradually open up the market.
Q3: What is your payment terms?
We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal. Usually we ask for 30% deposit, and the rest 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
Q4: What is your delivery time?
For products without customization, we can deliver within 2 weeks after receiving your payment. For customized products, it usually takes 3-4 weeks depending on your design and quantity.
Q5: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q6: What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
